It is a Sorvall SS-3 Superspeed with a rotor of 6 channels. I put a glass jar with a raw egg in the thing and while I turned, the jar was broken up into several seconds. What can I use that frantumerà or not that will be fun to be verified and play with. Knowing, I 'm alesata and on a party, so what, time to have fun in a warped sense… guess. thank you!iec centrifuge  Read More →

How do you determine hematocrit?

Written by admin on November 27, 2008 – 12:07 pm -

As calculated the haematocrit using the procedure centrifuge? After the tubes cappillary were passed through the centrifuge, what look, what you measured and equations used? the hematocrit is the percentage of red blood cells in the total volume of blood. After the soul is centrifuged there are layers of different formations separate soul. I have to know to determine the hematocrit from formations separate soul. I know that there is numbers in question but don 't know what they are.oil centrifuge  Read More →

What is the experiment called where they lyse the cell and study its cellular membrane components?

Written by admin on November 25, 2008 – 8:16 pm -

The 'family of M. with the experiment but I 'VE forgotten the name for it: It 's where they electrolysis (or kill the cell) and centrifugano its cell-membrane. Of course, heavy components (such as protein) is deposited at the bottom and lipids want the "float". And complete up with these "marks" of zebra, which put in a gel-form… what this test is called yet? Um, I think that might confuse this with DNA analysis where you break apart the DNA and that have in half of the gel for electrolysis… I just need someone with this knowledge to confirm this.wvo centrifuge  Read More →

Relating the translational and rotational variables in an astronaut\’s centrifuge?

Written by admin on November 12, 2008 – 8:57 am -

A atronauta is examining in a centrifuge. The centrifuge has a radius of 10m and at the start, running second [theta = (0.30 rad / s ^ 2) t 2 ^], where t takes place in the second and theta is radiant. When the t = 5.0 s, what is the magnitude of speed of rotation of the ™ s (a) of the € astronautâ, (b) speed of translation, (c) tangential acceleration and (d) radial acceleration? What equations did so using resolve this and can you explain your answer? Good luck!beckman centrifuge  Read More →
