Centrifuge? what do I do with it?

It is a Sorvall SS-3 Superspeed with a rotor of 6 channels. I put a glass jar with a raw egg in the thing and while I turned, the jar was broken up into several seconds. What can I use that frantumerà or not that will be fun to be verified and play with. Knowing, I 'm alesata and on a party, so what, time to have fun in a warped sense… guess. thank you!
