How do you determine hematocrit?

As calculated the haematocrit using the procedure centrifuge? After the tubes cappillary were passed through the centrifuge, what look, what you measured and equations used? the hematocrit is the percentage of red blood cells in the total volume of blood. After the soul is centrifuged there are layers of different formations separate soul. I have to know to determine the hematocrit from formations separate soul. I know that there is numbers in question but don 't know what they are.
