I know that the process of obtaining oil coconut crude is what this is all about. I 'm just ask that if anyone assagi the difference between oil coconut organic non heated phillipine traditional crude oil and coconut organic raw not heated, which is procedato through a process centrifuge. I read that with the process centrifuged, there is less product produced and that is why it is more expensive. I 'm who thinks that with the classic procedure, that leaving coconuts regularly for up to 48 hours, that the proteins begin to divide and therefore, there are more that can be extracted. I 'm the who want more taste of coconut and it would seem that the one with the process could have more fermented taste of coconut due this.

Hello. From what I know, crude coconut oil is typically generated from Copra and is not ready for human consumption because of the contamination during the drying process. Crude coconut oil is different from organic or virgin coconut oil which is produced using fresh mature coconuts only.

I believe that as long as no heat is implemented in producing coconut oil, the end result or product should be fundamentally the same.

It’s true that the current oil recovery rates using the centrifuge process is still lower than the Philippine Modified Fermentation process.

    Hope this helps,
